Full Green Shield Plus warranty requires the system to be brought up to recommended standards on initial cleaning. *Exclusions to the full warranty include recommended but declined repairs, obsolete parts, acts of god, heat exchangers, compressors, and Freon leaks. If the contract is ever discontinued for any reason, the homeowner is responsible for bringing the designated system up to specified standards before renewing this planned service agreement. Written notice must be received by the COHC office to cancel this warranty agreement.
